1. Account Registration & Management

To open a valid account on gambleonline, you must register with accurate information. Your name, date of birth, mobile number, and email must all be correct. Providing false details can prevent identity verification at the time of withdrawal, which may result in your payment being held.

An individual may only One Account can be created. If the same person is found to have opened multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and any accumulated balances may be forfeited. If multiple family members share the same device, please inform gambleonline support in advance.

Keeping your account password private is entirely your responsibility. gambleonline will never ask you for your password directly. If anyone requests it, treat it as phishing and contact support immediately.

• To update your details later, please contact the support team.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your account to anyone else is strictly prohibited.
• Placing bets or playing on behalf of a third party is not permitted.

2. Eligibility & Age Restrictions

Gambleonline is strictly for users aged 18 and above. This isn't just a rule — it reflects our genuine commitment to protecting minors. If a false age is provided during registration, the account will be permanently closed and all balances forfeited as soon as it is detected.

• Anyone residing in Bangladesh who is legally able to use the service may register.
• Gambleonline does not offer services in certain geographic regions, in compliance with the laws of those countries.
• Gambleonline reserves the right to investigate any account where suspicious activity is suspected.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

You can deposit on gambleonline using bKash, Nagad, or Rocket. Deposits are usually instant. If a deposit doesn't appear in your balance, contact support with a screenshot of the payment.

There are a few things to keep in mind when withdrawing. KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal — this is mandatory. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, as a measure to prevent money laundering.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Withdrawals typically take between 3 and 24 hours to process — it may take a little longer outside of banking hours.

A wagering requirement means you must bet the bonus amount a set number of times before you can withdraw. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means you need to place a total of ৳30,000 in bets before withdrawing. It may sound like a lot, but this is the industry standard worldwide.

• A promotion may not be claimed more than once.
• Bonuses are available exclusively to genuine gambleonline members — any attempt to claim bonuses using bots or automated software will result in account closure.
• Gambleonline reserves the right to cancel any bonus at any time if fraud is suspected.
• For some bonuses, bets placed on games outside the specified list will not count toward the wagering requirement.
• Bonuses that reach their expiry date are automatically cancelled.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

A set of general rules applies to all bets and games at gambleonline. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled — so make sure before you place it.

If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error and bets are accepted at those odds, gambleonline reserves the right to apply the correct odds. Payouts may be suspended where a large bet was won at odds that were clearly erroneous.

• If a bet is recorded late during live betting due to a network issue, gambleonline will make an impartial decision on the outcome.
• If a match or event is cancelled, bets are generally refunded.
• If a bet is found to have been placed on a corrupted or fixed match, payment may be withheld.

• Game RNG outcomes are certified by an independent third party — results cannot be manipulated.

6. Responsible Gaming

7. Account Closure & Suspension

Gambleonline reserves the right to suspend or permanently close accounts in the following circumstances. In all cases, we will attempt to notify the member in advance.

• Proven bonus fraud or collusion (multiple members working together to gain an unfair advantage).
• Suspected money laundering or other illegal activity.
• Using automated software or bots.

If you wish to dispute an account closure, email support@gambleonline.app within 30 days. gambleonline will investigate and issue a fair decision.

If you wish to close your account yourself, please contact support. Make sure to withdraw any remaining valid balance before the account is closed.

8. General Provisions

These Terms are drawn up in accordance with international gaming laws and the guidelines of gambleonline's licensing authority. Where any term conflicts with local law, local law shall take precedence.

Gambleonline may update these Terms at any time. Members will be notified by email in advance of any significant changes. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
